Our Standard Clean is a 35+ point maintenance tier designed for recurring clients. It includes dusting all accessible surfaces, floor sanitation, full bathroom disinfection, kitchen exterior wipe-downs, and trash removal to keep your home in showroom condition.
Do you provide cleaning services across the entire GTA?
Yes, we serve the Downtown Toronto core (King West, Liberty Village, Yorkville) as well as Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, and Markham. We are fully mobile and equipped to handle residences throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
When should I choose the Deep Detail tier over a Standard Clean?
A Deep Detail (45+ point tier) is recommended for homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in over 30 days. It adds intensive focus to baseboards, vent covers, interior window tracks, and light fixtures to restore the space to its original luster.
Does your Move In/Out service guarantee my security deposit back?
Our Move Out clean is designed to meet strict landlord and property manager inspection requirements. We perform a vacancy-specific checklist including inside cabinets, appliances, and walls to ensure the unit is in "turnover-ready" condition.
How is the price of my cleaning calculated?
Pricing is deterministic based on your chosen service tier, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any selected add-ons. HST (13%) is applied to the final subtotal after any frequency discounts are factored in.
Can I book a cleaning on the same day in Toronto?
While we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance through our live portal, we often accommodate last-minute requests depending on our crew’s route density in your specific neighborhood.
Is CleanSpace Co. fully insured and bonded?
Absolutely. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and WSIB coverage to protect our clients and our technicians. You can rest easy knowing your property and our team are fully protected during every visit.
Are the cleaning technicians background-checked?
Every member of the CleanSpace Co. team undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including criminal background checks and performance-based training, to ensure they meet our high-end luxury service standards.
Do you clean inside appliances like ovens and fridges?
Yes, these are available as premium add-ons. We use non-toxic degreasers to sanitize the interior of your oven or refrigerator, removing all food residue and odors.
